The Private Jewellers

The Concept

Aphrodite Diamonds has a long and proud heritage in the diamond industry and is known for their attention to fine craftsmanship and exceptional service. With the headquarters based in Stellenbosch and respected as a keystone in the local market, the company is now further expanding with a new concept that they call “Aphrodite Diamonds Private Jewellers”.

The concept is really simple; instead of opening up more jewellery shops in expensive shopping malls or having street-front showrooms with high overheads and risks, they opted for professional and personal boutique offices run by independent jewellers. These private jewellers are able to offer a unique and personal experience to clients who are not able to visit Stellenbosch.

Each Private Jeweller is vetted and will work under the Aphrodite Diamonds umbrella.  All diamonds will be procured directly from Aphrodite Diamonds and all jewellery will be manufactured in Stellenbosch at the Aphrodite Diamonds workshop.

The Aphrodite Diamonds Private Jewellers network will be expanding to various locations in South-Africa. Any professional in the diamond and jewellery industry that would like to enquire about how to join the Aphrodite Diamonds Private Jewellers network can complete the form below.

Interesting Fact

Diamonds have been valued and coveted for thousands of years. There is evidence that diamonds were being collected and traded in India as early as the fourth century BC. In the first century AD, the Roman naturalist Pliny is quoted as having said, “Diamond is the most valuable, not only of precious stones, but of all things in this world.”
